Arundhathi Subramaniam is an award-winning poet and writer. Her books of poetry include When God is a Traveller which won the Khushwant Singh Prize, the Il Ceppo Award, and was the Season Choice of the Poetry Book Society, shortlisted for the TS Eliot Prize. Her prose works include The Book of Buddha, the bestselling Penguin biography of a contemporary mystic, Sadhguru: More Than a Life, and most recently, Adiyogi: The Source of Yoga (co-authored with Sadhguru). As editor, her books include the acclaimed Penguin anthology of Bhakti poetry, Eating God. Widely translated and anthologised, she has worked over the years as poetry editor, critic and curator.
